In the former weaving mill complex (Buntweberei), Artemide has expertly illuminated the spaces. The industrially designed Hotel Loom has a sky bar that offers cocktails with a view of the city. The historic Kesselhaus hosts corporate and private events. The Nice Fitness and Spa Club promotes wellness. Project developer Filippo Salvia moved his company headquarters to this area, implementing the 'New Work' concept in the offices. Artemide provided vibrant and dynamic lighting, enhancing the experience of visitors to the complex.
